Bit-like-cake Sandwich
No more boring sandwiches here!

Ones that taste like cake :-)
Carrot cake is the sandwich here.....
This is a great one for getting the younger kids involved too as each slice of bread has a spread, a topping & a sprinkling. You can show them on one slice and they can prepare the other slice!
What you'll need:
Spread one slice of bread with sunflower seed spread, grated sultanas & cinnamon.
Spread the other slice of bread with soy cream cheese, grated carrot & nutmeg.
Slap together & cut.
