WIAW - and Mofo Wrap-up

How has your Wednesday been?

 Here's what I ate today:




I finally decided to do a summary of my Mofo posts - I know its a few days late, but don't they say better late than never?!?
After all, my planning was pushed back a day ;-)

My favourites were the cheeseless pizza bites, lentil meatballs and the strawberries and cream cake. They will now be regulars in our home!

  1. I love a list - it is a useful reference point for all the yummy vegan food you have posted - I have quite a few of these recipes bookmarked - keep meaning to make the scones - hope I get a chance soon

  2. You did an excellent month of food and I have enjoyed seeing what each day will be!!! Last night we had nachos with crispy mountain bread instead of the usual corn chips - I felt like it was healthier!! which I am sure it was. I think it will take my hubby a little time to adjust to the lack of corn chips!!

  5. Well done on completing the Vegan MoFo challenge. I thought it was incredible how you managed to fit in all those awesome posts round work and home life. I read all your posts but apologies for not always leaving comments... I tend to read your posts on my IPad but it won't let me leave comments on your blog... I can't fill in the 'prove you're not a robot' section unless I'm on a PC :(

      It sure was time consuming - but I enjoyed it, and so did the family with all the treats to test-taste ;-)
